Credit Cards Accepted American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card accepted.  3% processing charge will be applied. Check In/Check Out Check In: 2:30 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. Call to arrange check in after 7:00 P.M. Check Out: 11:00 A.M. Notice Of Cancellation We have a small Inn and our reservations are important to us. Cancellations will be accepted if cancelled 30 days prior to reserved date. Otherwise you will be charged $85.00 per night of reserved nights. The only exception will be if the room has been reserved within the 30 day period of the reservation. If Booking a Group Cancellations of more than 2 Suites Booked will not be accepted. Cancellation within 48 hours of reservation date will be charged full price. Smoking Policy No smoking in the building It is Illinois State Law. Smoking will be allowed outside. A $100.00 charge will be added to your bill or credit card if this rule is broken. Children Well Behaved Children Welcome - Child Friendly Suites are available Notify us if children will be staying over. Pets We love pets but we do not accommodate them. Taxes State and Local Taxes are not includes in our rates. 11% will be added. Suite Changes Owners have all rights to change your suite to another if the need arises.   The inns quiet hours are 10:30pm - 7am daily. Please in respect of your fellow guest turn your TVs down after 10:30pm and keep your doors to your suites shut at all times. We are energy conscience, keep suite door shut to keep your air or heat in your suite and we ask that you turn off unneeded lights. Thank You

Directions from Carbondale, IL

• Take Route 51 South to Anna
• Turn Right (West) onto Route 146 you will come to Anna, IL.
• After the 3rd set of traffic light you will pass (on your left) a McDonald's, Sonic, and a Police Station.
• Just past the Police Station you will need to turn Left onto Market Street (just opposite the Casey's General Store).
• After crossing a set of railroad tracks you will come to a "T" (Davie Street).
• Turn Right onto Davie for 2 blocks and you will come to Freeman Street.
• Turn Left onto Freeman for 2 blocks to the Davie School Inn on your left.

Directions from Cape Girardeau:

• Cross the (only) bridge into Illinois.
• Upon entering Illinois you will be on Route 146.
• In 3 miles Route 146 will come to a "T" and turn left.
• In Approximately 12 miles Route 146 turns right.
• In 8 miles you will come to the Jonesboro, IL Square, featuring a water fountain in the center.
• Continue driving East 2 miles until you come to the first set of traffic lights (Jefferson Street) in Anna, IL
• Turn Right onto Jefferson continue South 2 blocks to a 4-way stop (Freeman Street).
• Turn Left onto Freeman and continue for 2 blocks to the Davie School Inn on your Right.

Directions from I-57 North

• Exit 36 will bring you to Route 146
• Turn Right (West) onto Route 146
• In Approximately 6 miles you will come to Anna, IL.
• After the 3rd set of traffic light you will pass (on your left) a McDonald's, Sonic, and a Police Station.
• Just past the Police Station you will need to turn Left onto Market Street (just opposite the Casey's General Store).

What time is breakfast served?
Anytime that you would like between 7:00am and 11:00am.  Weekdays 7:00am- 9:00am. 

Where is breakfast served?
In your suite!!! So you can be relaxed still in your PJs. This is your night out we would like you to be as comfortable as possible!

Who cooks the breakfast?
Gary Dahmer owner, operator, the person you check in with, the person you check out with, the person who makes the beds and cleans the suites he is Superman!

What is served for breakfast?
Anything that you like!!
When you arrive Gary will give you some selections on what he likes to cook but, he can cook just about anything. So if you have something in mind he will try his best make it for you.

What time is coffee served?
Each suite has its own coffee maker. Each coffee pot serves 12 cups of coffee. We have 12 cup Folgers packs in each Suite so it is ready for you when you arrive.

What if we have a group staying at the Davie School?
Each floor has a landing where groups can be served.

Can other people not staying at the inn come and eat breakfast with us?
Of course they can, just make sure Gary knows how many and what everyone would like to eat the day before breakfast.
There is a charge of $10.00 per person.
